Rivi Varghese - Chief Executive Officer and Member of Board, CustomerXPs™
Rivi Varghese co-founded CustomerXPs™ after a long stint in the IT products industry. He spent over 21 years perfecting the end to end art of conceiving, delivering, marketing and selling new products. Rivi has significant international experience across 25 plus countries - a good mixture of advanced, emerging as well as the Middle-east. He has interacted with senior management of more than 250 banks and was instrumental in opening new markets for these products.
During his stint at Infosys' Finacle as Head, Product management - Delivery channels - he conceptualized and delivered 12 new-to-the-world products which are being used by leading banks globally – leading to some banks winning global awards for the same. As a multi channel expert, he has enabled banking in all possible channels. At Microsoft, as product manager, he was responsible for the developer tools business for India, which also included management and fostering the software marketing channel sales end-user ecosystem in the country. Rivi holds an MBA from IIM-Bangalore and B-Tech from IIT-BHU.
Balaji Suryanarayana – Chief Operating Officer and Member of Board, CustomerXPs™
Balaji co-founded CustomerXPs™ with 21+ years experience in software product development, implementation, business-solutions & operations roles. This includes managing large-scale application outsourcing and core-banking replacement projects at leading banks. Balaji has significant international experience managing multiple client projects in the Middle-East, South-East Asian regions and India. At Accenture, Balaji managed large application outsourcing projects for major banks in the USA. At CustomerXPs™ he is responsible for client engagements, implementation and operations. Balaji is BTech and PMP.
Aditya Lal – Chief Technology Officer and Member of Board, CustomerXPs™
Aditya is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. He brings over 21 years of experience in designing, architecting and implementing large scale mission critical business applications in both traditional scale-up systems as well as modern scale-out distributed systems. He spent over 10 years with Infosys' Finacle Architecture team designing and building resilient and mission critical enterprise software architecture. He then joined Amazon.com as a principal Architect where he architected and delivered Amazon’s Flexible Payment Web Service - an internet scale OLTP payment application over distributed databases with sub-second response time. He holds a B Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
Supriya Singh - Member of Board, CustomerXPs™
Supriya Singh is in-charge of the SEA and South Asia investments at JAFCO Asia, based out of Singapore office.
Prior to joining JAFCO Asia, Supriya worked as a management consultant at A.T.Kearney and Accenture. She has worked with several blue-chip clients across industries like telecom, technology, consumer goods, logistics, etc. Her projects spanned corporate growth/acquisition strategy, operational optimization, organization restructuring and analytical/financial modeling for Asian clients.
Supriya holds an Honors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA (Dean’s List and Merit List Holder) in Strategy and Finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), India.
